Milk forming strong bones
Maybe some people think only through the consumption of milk "calcium" every day is getting stronger bones. This is important to note that too much bone is not only milk that we need. Calcium in milk helps the growth of potassium on the bone, but it will not work properly without the help of vitamin D. Vitamin D is a coenzyme that we can get from fruits and fish. What is the top? Apparently not, in this active vitamin D do we need sunlight. In addition, we have also need phosphorus and sport for stronger bones. To some, what we want, that sometimes it takes more effort.
